Non smokers should get extra holiday entitlement at work compared to smokers because they dont have cigarette breaks

Based on an 4 cigeretes a day and 7 mins per cigarette, thats 4.6 days a year!

Edit: Just to make things a bit clearer for people, I've never worked in an office or shop type workplace, I work outside where smokers just stop when they want to, so I wasnt sure how cig breaks went down at those places.
