Netfilx should incorporate a downvote button so I don't have to see the same movies in top picks every time I log in.

• I don't think that just because i don't want to watch it i have to rate it one star...that's not what that's meant for. Rating it one star means that you've seen it and it's the worst movie you have ever seen (This is my personal opinion).
• The not interested button doesn't remove it from the list... I've hit not interested on some movies that still show up on my top picks.
