I would watch the shit out of a show called "How It Used To Be Made" about how people in different historical periods used to make things.

How It's Made is a great show and all, but it almost always boils down to "This massive automated factory does everything with minimal human contribution." I would love to see a show about how people in the 1700s used to make a mill, or how people in 300 BC used to make alcohol.
