Anti smoking campaigns should just advertise 'Cigarettes don't even get you high'

I remember being young and always thinking cigarettes got you high, like weed. My first and only cigarette buzz taught me otherwise, oh god the head spinning, it was miserable. Obviously some people enjoy a good cigarette buzz. I'm just saying that many young people probably have a total misconception of what a cigarette does to someone and maybe that could be used to prevent them from trying one in the first place. Just a thought.
